Vacation Mode

No time to play? Vacation mode protects your account from attacks for up to 60 days – with reduced production and a few rules.

In vacation mode you take an official break: nobody can attack you, and your account is not deleted for inactivity. You appear in blue in the galaxy, so other players can see that you are on vacation.

Activating it

You will find vacation mode in the settings. You can only activate it if no building, ship or defense is under construction on any of your planets, none of your fleets is on its way and no alien attacks (enrages) are planned against your planets. Escape flights may be in the air while you do so.

What happens during your vacation

Your planets produce at most 25 % of the normal amount.
Running research is paused and continues after your vacation.
Because production keeps running, your warehouses can fill up even during your vacation – spend your resources beforehand or upgrade your warehouses.

Ending your vacation

You can end vacation mode yourself after 2 days at the earliest ("cancel vacation mode"). It ends automatically after 60 days at the latest. The vacation log shows the start and end of your recent vacations.
