Why are my mines producing less than I expect?
Usually there is not enough energy: if the energy display is negative, all mines on the planet reduce their output (Energy). The second common reason: a full warehouse cannot take in anything more, so further production is lost. Also check under Economy whether all mines are running at full power, and whether an alien planet nearby is disrupting your production (Alien planets).
Do I really need the blast furnace?
You need Metal for almost everything. The Blast furnace produces it from Pig iron, but it takes up building fields and energy. That is why many experienced players prefer to trade for Metal at the Merchant. For the tutorial, however, you have to build the Blast furnace.
What is an escape flight and why is everyone talking about it?
For an escape flight (also called save flight) you send your fleet away together with your resources before going offline – timed so that it only returns once you are back. A fleet in flight cannot be destroyed on the planet, and resources on board cannot be stolen. It is the most important way to protect yourself in the game: Escape flight.
Who can attack me?
Every player who can reach you with their points: the target must have between 25 % and 400 % of the attacker's points – that applies to you just as it does to others. Players in attack zone 1 can only be attacked by players from the same zone. Inactive players (yellow) gradually become attackable for everyone. More on this: Points & Attack Zones.
Why can't I attack a certain player?
The game tells you the reason when you send your fleet. Often the target is outside your points range, in vacation mode, a member of your alliance, a coalition or a wing alliance, a game operator, or the bash protection limit has been reached. An IP match entry and a recent planet move also prevent attacks, and the game does not allow attack flights longer than 24 hours.
How often may I attack the same planet?
At most three times within 24 hours. In an alliance war this limit is lifted against opponents who have at least half of your points (Alliance war).
When is a player considered inactive?
Anyone who does not log in for 7 days becomes inactive and appears in yellow in the galaxy. From 7 to 14 days only the lower limit of the points range still applies to them, after that none at all. After 30 days without logging in, an account is deleted unless it is in vacation mode.
I cannot play for a few days – what should I do?
Activate vacation mode: nobody can attack you then, but your production only runs at 25 % at most, and research is paused. It lasts at least 2 and at most 60 days. Sitting or a spectral mode like in SpaceInvasion Classic does not exist in SI2.
How many planets can I own?
Up to 14. With the shop upgrade "Expand your empire" you can unlock up to three additional planet slots (Upgrades & Packs). You still have to settle them yourself with a Colony ship.
Why does the flight time to the same target change?
Because the planets in SpaceInvasion 2 orbit their sun. Their positions relative to each other shift over time, and with them distances and flight times. So check the flight time again before every escape flight (Planets).
Are there asteroids or moons?
No. Asteroids, moons and the galaxy scanner from SpaceInvasion Classic do not exist in SpaceInvasion 2. Your bases are planets only.
Can I delete or move a planet?
You delete planets in the settings under planet management – not your last one, and only if nothing is being built or researched there, none of your fleets is on its way from there and no foreign fleet is heading there. To move a planet, you need a planet move (Moving Planets).
Can several people from one household play?
Yes, but each person may only have one account. If you play over the same internet connection, you have to register an IP match. After that you can no longer attack, spy on, supply or recycle at each other, and the game rules also forbid acting together against other players (IP Match).
Am I allowed to send resources to other players?
Trading is allowed – SpaceInvasion 2 uses the same game rules as SpaceInvasion Classic. The official rate is 6 : 2.5 : 3 : 1 (Pig iron : Metal : Kryptonite : Spice) with a deviation of up to 20 %, and a trade must be completed within 24 hours after the first delivery arrives. You may only send resources without anything in return (pushing) to players who have at most 75 % of your points and are not in the top 100 of the overall ranking.
Can I sell or scrap ships?
No. Ships you have built can neither be sold nor turned back into resources. So think about which fleet you really need before you build it (Ships).
What is Urplasma – and do I need it?
Urplasma is the premium currency. You can buy it, but you can also research it (Urplasma extraction) or earn it by voting for the game and by inviting friends. The game is fully playable without Urplasma. Above all, it saves you time and adds comfort (Urplasma).
How do I redeem a bonus code?
In the support window under Bonus Code: enter the code, check its contents, choose a planet and book it (Bonus Codes).
Are there alliance attacks?
No, joint alliance attacks (ACS) do not exist in SpaceInvasion 2. Your alliance still helps you: with advice, protection, diplomacy, alliance wars and the mentoring program (Alliances).
I want to intercept aliens with others or help with recycling – what do I need to know?
Register such joint actions with the team via a support ticket. There is a separate category for this, for example for recycling help or an alien interception. That way the team knows about it from the start (Support & Help).
Can I use the SpaceInvasion Classic battle simulator?
Only with caution. SpaceInvasion 2 has its own combat system in which defenses have advantages against certain ship types. Simulators for SpaceInvasion Classic therefore only give you a rough idea (Combat system).
When do events take place?
Every month, starting on the first Friday, the event rotation runs for four weeks: treasure chests, alien attack, Spacia raid and debris fields. On top of that there are seasonal events, for example at Easter, Halloween and Christmas (Events).
How do I contact the team?
Via the support window in the game: create a support ticket in the matching category there. Describe your problem as precisely as possible, in German or English. Important: no team member will ever ask you for your password (Support & Help).
