SpaceInvasion 2 is a game of its own next to SpaceInvasion Classic – with its own technology, planets, rankings and alliances. Today it is played in a single universe: SI2 Endless. It has been running since 2012 at normal speed (1x) and has no fixed end.
You play with your BITMEUP account, and only one account per person is allowed. Urplasma you buy is stored as global Urplasma on your BITMEUP account (Urplasma).
Catching up with the speed-up
Because SI2 Endless has been running for so long, there is a speed-up for everyone far behind the best: the bigger your gap to the number one, the more production, construction, research and fleets are accelerated. This lets new and returning players catch up quickly. The Speed-up page explains the levels and conditions.
What makes SpaceInvasion 2 special
- Planets on orbits: distances and flight times change over time (Planets).
- Four temperature zones: the distance to the sun decides on Spice production and solar energy.
- Aliens: alien planets with data discs, black holes with alien waves (Black holes) and special ships such as the Jammer probe, EMP-Bomb and Scanner ship.
- Its own combat system: defenses have advantages against certain ship types, so battle simulators for SpaceInvasion Classic are not accurate here (Combat system).
- Events: the monthly event rotation with the Space Pass, plus seasonal events (Events).
Not included in SpaceInvasion 2 are asteroids, the galaxy scanner, the Synth network and specializations, the VIP program (there is only the VIP Pass in the Space Pass), sitting, spectral mode and alliance attacks.
