IP Match
Do you play over the same internet connection? Then an IP match is mandatory. How to register one and which rules apply afterwards.
Each person may only play one account. If several players share the same internet connection – family members, flatmates or colleagues, for example – this first looks like multiple accounts to the game. With an IP match you openly show that you share the connection.
How to register an IP match
- Open the settings and go to the IP match management.
- Under "create IP match", enter the player name of the other player and add a short note on why you share the connection.
- Under "your IP matches" you can see all entries and delete them again if necessary.
What applies afterwards
Between registered players the game prevents attacks, espionage, transports and recycling at each other. In addition, according to the game rules – as long as the entry exists and for 7 days after it is deleted:
- You must not act together against a player – not even by besieging them at the same time, moving a planet next to them or blocking them. You may not both attack the same enemy within 7 days. Spacia is the exception.
- Forbidden are trading and transports between you (also via other players), recycling help for each other, providing debris fields and joint attacks, for example with the Particle cannon.
- Allowed: being in the same alliance and passing on spy reports or interception data.
