Alliance war

In an alliance war, two alliances face each other openly: whoever destroys enough enemy units first wins the war and a trophy.

An alliance war is a measurable contest between two alliances. For every enemy unit you destroy in battles between the two alliances, you collect war points. Whoever reaches the required points first wins – and takes a trophy home.

Declaring war

War is declared by a member with the right "Can sign diplomatic contracts" on the wars page via "start war". You enter the name or tag of the enemy alliance. A few rules apply:

  • Both alliances need at least three members.
  • An alliance can be involved in at most five wars at the same time.
  • After a war, the same two alliances need 30 days of peace before they can fight each other again.

All members of both alliances receive a message. The war begins 24 hours after the declaration and lasts at most 30 days. If neither side reaches its goal by then, it ends without a winner.

Points, victory and trophies

Points are awarded in every battle between members of the two alliances – to the attacker as well as to the defender, depending on what each side destroys of the enemy. Under active wars you see the collected and the points needed for both sides. The goals of the two alliances can differ. Whoever reaches their goal first wins immediately.

The winner receives a trophy against the defeated alliance: gold, silver or bronze – the clearer the victory, the more precious. Trophies, current wars and the war history are shown in the public alliance profile under Wars. If the other alliance later wins a war against you, the trophy moves to them.

Special rules during war

Between two alliances at war, the usual limit on repeated attacks against the same player (bash protection) is lifted – except against players with less than half of your points. Your attack range still applies (Points & Attack Zones).
